My guest for this episode is Anders Bjerregaard, Director and Partner of the consultancy firm Beecon (formerly Execution Excellence) who shared a lot of interesting insights on why strategy implementation fails. Anders offered some tips on what could leaders do to ensure that strategy is implemented including insights on the importance of dialogue, curiosity, vulnerability, and the roles that culture and structure play in increasing the odd of success.
