  • 3 projects (operational, commercial and HR)

  • 4 blocks of 2.5 days each

Significant improvement in the teamwork and collaboration between participants within and cross departments

Increased alignment​

Participants' alignment and commitment to the organization goals and KPIs improved significantly as showed in the commercial and operational results at the end of the program.

Delivery of 3 strategic project​s

Commercial Development

The commercial project focused on developing some new business opportunities and led to many commercial wins and increase in pipeline.

Operational Improvement

The operational project team worked on identifying the root causes of low operational KPIs and implementing a strategy to improve them. This led to higher KPI across the board.

HR/People

The people project team work on designing and launching a people survey which explored the engagement and feedback that employees have about different areas of the organization. The team implemented new initiatives which enhanced the workplace.
