Sales Onboarding Process​

This project team delivered a complete sales onboarding process for new joiners to learn about the company, the commercial priorities, processes and KPIs. 

New Business Implementation

By developing a process for implementing new awarded business, this project team helped improving handing over business wins from sales to operations. 

Tracking Solution Training

This team worked on educating all internal and external stakeholders on using a new tracking tool by developing learning material and organizing workshops around it.
