He is Professor Emeritus of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and the author or co-author of eleven books the latest being Fit to Compete published earlier this year which we discussed in this interview. He is also the chairman of TruePoint, a management consulting firm and the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership, both of which he cofounded. In this inspiring conversation, Mike shares a very interesting and powerful process through which leaders can engage and transform their organizations.
