It is an energy which should be channeled in the right way. Organizations need to nurture intrapreneurs which are the hidden soldiers who can make change happen. For a change to be a success, we need to move away from thinking that making a big announcement would make it happen. We need to be committed to the vision of it but flexible to the approach to make it happen. We don’t need a title to lead. We can influence and drive positive change wherever we are in the organization.
