This episode was supposed to be the pre-call before the interview however it was so fascinating and natural that few minutes into the conversation realized that this should be the podcast itself.
David is one of those rare leaders who are self aware and passionate about people and contribution. He shares how he started his journey in the corporate world and how as a leader he always sought to make himself redundant so his people don’t need him.
He talks about how he escaped the corporate world to build his own company and how it grew from 7 to 120 employees and as it did he lost control of it which led to a negative culture. But the most fascinating thing is how he took time off and went back to rebuilt the company again building its values of gratitude, growth, contribution. This and much more inspirational examples you will find in this new episode.
